Guided visits and tasting of cheeses and typically menorcan products
Guided tours of all farm facilities (farm animals, dairy and milking parlor), a full tasting of some of the typical products of Menorca ( 4 varieties of Mahón Menorca cheese, sobrasada, carn i xulla, homemade jams from the orchard, carquiñols, bread, wine and water).
Subaida belongs to the Montañés family since 1840, founders of the well-known cheese brand in portions “El Caserio”, the family carries the cheese tradition rooted for three generations. At the moment the house, of Gregorian style, is inhabited by what can only be visited its exterior of the property.
Guided tours will be held from Monday to Saturday subject to prior reservation.

About the area: Alaior
Alaior is the third location of Menorca with more than 9.000 inhabitants and 107 square kilometers of land. It is interesting to know streets and places such as Santa Eulalia church, Sant Pere chapel, Sa Lluna patio or the antique cloister of the franciscans. In this township there are many cheese and shoe factories and a dairy processing plant. Among its important touristic places are Cala’n Porter and Son Bou areas.
