Santa Mariana, the essence of Menorca in every mouthful
Alaior

Fusion cuisine with Asian and Latin American touches in a beautiful setting.
Chefs Raúl and Albert, along with the whole team at Santa Mariana, invite us on a gastronomic journey through authentic Menorcan 0-kilometre cuisine, prepared with local and seasonal products. In the restaurant they source their ingredients from their own organic garden, where they lovingly grow vegetables, aromatic herbs and other essential ingredients that give life to their dishes.
They also make their own olive oil, an exquisite blend of varieties such as Arbequina, Picual and Hojiblanca, which gives a unique character to their cuisine and enhances each dish with its balance and nuances.
They also have an exceptional wine list, carefully selected and advised by the renowned sommelier and wine writer Javier del Campo.
Santa Mariana is committed to sustainability, respecting the environment and supporting local producers to preserve the natural and cultural wealth of Menorca. Each mouthful is a tribute to the island, to its fertile land and its purest flavours.
Let yourself be enveloped by the magic of Menorca in a place where gastronomy, wine and nature meet in perfect harmony.

Alaior is the third location of Menorca with more than 9.000 inhabitants and 107 square kilometers of land. It is interesting to know streets and places such as Santa Eulalia church, Sant Pere chapel, Sa Lluna patio or the antique cloister of the franciscans. In this township there are many cheese and shoe factories and a dairy processing plant. Among its important touristic places are Cala’n Porter and Son Bou areas.
