Sant Lluís

Mediterranean Haute Cuisine Restaurant in one of the most genuine restaurants in the island
It is considered as one of the best restaurants of the island. It is located in a peasant farm at the outskirts of Sant Lluis, close to Torrent and almost in the middle of Minorcan countryside.
Easy and well-cared decoration, creative cuisine prepared with Minorcan local products and some reminiscences to the Asturian origins of its owners Daniel Mora (in charge of the stove) and Nuria Pendés (Manager) like green kidney beans cooked with octopus.
Excellent wine list with more than 400 references.
You can enjoy creative Menorcan cuisine, and they always try to use the best quality produce and, if possible, local products. They are accustomed to rescuing Menorcan dishes that have fallen into disuse and giving them their own particular touch. It is characterised by a cuisine rooted in the land, but with international techniques and inspiration. One of the star dishes at Sa Pedrera d'es Pujol is the ‘Formatjada de solomillo Wellington con salsa grevi’, a dish that mixes Menorcan and English customs. Also worth mentioning is the delicious ‘Taco de cordero menorquín confitado con patata de perol’, or the ‘Tarta de manzana cocido al momento con salsa de calvados y helado’ (apple pie baked on the spot with calvados sauce and ice cream).
It is closed on Wednesdays.
