The Biniarroca rural hotel is a haven of tranquillity in the heart of nature and it is only fair to highlight the beauty of its gardens. A stroll through these spaces leads visitors to enjoy the diverse flora and fauna, always surrounded by characteristic elements of the island and a decoration based on roses, tamarinds and leafy decorative and fruit trees. The paths are marked out with dry wall, the traditional Menorcan wall built without using any type of mortar following ancestral methods and marked with marés, the calcareous stone typical of this Mediterranean terrain and the basis of Menorca's rural architecture.
The turquoise reflecting pools in a classic style are the ideal place to relax. In the largest of these, which seats 30 people, you can find a bar where lunch or a relaxing drink can be served at any time of the day. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a homemade sponge cake with Xoriguer gin and juniper berries, with courgette and ginger, chocolate... And in the evening, it becomes the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail by candlelight. Sant Lluís is the southernmost township, its population doesn’t reach 6.000 inhabitants and it has 40 square kilometers of land. Among its beaches and towns are Punta Prima, Binisafua, Biniparratx and Binibequer whose main attraction is the re-creation of a fishermen village with its white little houses and quaint streets.
