Advised by Michelin-starred chef Gorka Txapartegi, the Torralbenc restaurant is the result of Basque cooking techniques while maintaining the roots of Menorcan gastronomy: its flavours, its purity, its freshness and its aromas.
Torralbenc is the result of a compromise with the seasonal products sourced from local artisan suppliers. This is our way to preserve the Minorcan tradition and culture.
Our chef Luis Loza can recommend and help you to dive into this Balearic gastronomic experience through our Menu and our Tasting Menu, which might vary according to the season.
Both the menu and the tasting menu are subject to change depending on the availability of products on the market.
Until the end of summer you can enjoy too with our new grill area by offering the best meat, fishes and vegetables with that characteristic charcoal aroma that complete our proposal in the Restaurante Torralbenc.

Alaior is the third location of Menorca with more than 9.000 inhabitants and 107 square kilometers of land. It is interesting to know streets and places such as Santa Eulalia church, Sant Pere chapel, Sa Lluna patio or the antique cloister of the franciscans. In this township there are many cheese and shoe factories and a dairy processing plant. Among its important touristic places are Cala’n Porter and Son Bou areas.
