It is the capital of Menorca and its administrative center. Its population is getting on for 30.000 inhabitants. El Rais

El Rais is located in the beautiful Port of Mahón.

Its specialty is rice, it is not a traditional rice-house like the ones that abound in our country, but a restaurant where rice is the one that sends in the letter.

Starting with the entrees where we find winks to Asian cuisine with a few different niguiris or a Caesar salad rolled in rice paper, traditional rice and risottos. The offer is complemented by a wood oven to cook vegetables, seafood, fish and meats, giving them a nice smoky flavor that will surely delight their customers.

The sweet proposal, among other things, and how could it be otherwise, includes a rice with milk of high standing.
