This villa has 640 square meters of living space and 1,500 square meters of garden, and has also been carefully renovated and decorated (2021)

It has 5 spacious bedrooms (including a large independent annex suite), all with a private bathroom with shower, sleeping up to 8 people in the main house and 2 in the annex. The spacious open plan living and dining areas extend onto the pool terrace, providing ample space for families and friends.

Menorca is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. A beautiful hidden gem in the Mediterranean, its turquoise waters and stunning coves provide a feeling of calm and peace, as well as providing the perfect location for swimming, snorkelling, diving, windsurfing and rowing. The roads are quiet enough for cycling and the coastal paths surrounding the entire island are fantastic for beautiful walks and views of the incredible coastal scenery. The most important thing is that you can embark on your boat adventure from your mooring right at the bottom of the garden. Our two RIBs (8m ‘Taurus’ and 4.7m ‘Aries’ are available to rent with the villa). Going to dinner on an inflatable boat in Mahón is a fabulous way to really feel like you are in a different world during your stay. There is also a water taxi that runs regularly from the marina to Mahón.

Your stay includes a 2-hour daily cleaning and a mid-week linen change, but additional cleaning, catering, chauffeur, beauty therapist, personal training and babysitting services are available upon request. Do you need a chef? We have a variety of different options available to you, from fully catered and staffed dinners to a relaxed poolside barbecue.

The villa is located just a 20-minute drive from Mahon Airport, where you can be greeted upon arrival in a chauffeur-driven vehicle or pick up your own rental car.
