The villa is divided into two wide floors. On the one hand, the ground floor comprises a huge living room with a dining room, a large kitchen with table for 6 persons, two bedrooms and a lounge area with television. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second one has two single beds, as well as an en-suite bathroom too. There is also a small games room included on this floor.

On the other hand, the first floor includes a vaste suite with bathroom, an office, a dressing room, a sauna, a terrace and a jacuzzi. There is another single bedroom with a big bed and its own bathroom. On that same floor, a spacious room, which is perfect for children, contains a bunk bed and a single bed, plus a dressing room, a children’s play area and a bathroom.

All bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning and offer excellent views.

The property has a garden available to customers and, only a few meters away from the house, where you can collect fresh eggs from hens in order to let your experience in Menorca be authentic, exclusive and different.

The rent of this house includes a basic cleaning service of 3 hours per day.from Monday to Saturday

Additionally, you can hire services such as a cook, extra cleaning, shopping, private transfer or babysitting service.

In the surroundings and located in the centre of the island, there is the pretty village of Mercadal, very traditional, with quaint streets, nestled on the hillsides of Monte Toro, being a point of reference for any destination or meeting. In a northerly direction, a short distance away, you will reach the fishing village of Fornells, a unique place with Mediterranean essence where you can taste the typical and well-known lobster stew or fresh good seafood, directly from the sea. The beauty of the landscape is completed by beaches like Pregonda, Cavallería, Son Parc with golf course, Arenal d’en Castell or tiny Macaret.
