Rafal del Conde is an oasis of peace for those who want to get away from daily life bustle. It is located in the middle of the countryside and just a few meters from the picturesque town of Ciutadella, with cobbled streets and a pretty port.

With Minorcan character and surrounded by large gardens it is worth highlighting the outside area of the villa. It has different areas to enjoy serenity, long table conversations and nice soirees at day or night.

The house is divided in two floors and is decorated in a singular way blending antique furniture and Minorcan essence details like mares vaults and thick stone walls. At the entrance there is a big entrance hall from where the rest of the rooms are distributed. Antique stairs lead to the first floor where the master room is, it includes double bed, a large en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a terrace overlooking the countryside and the sea.

In the ground floor there is a large lounge with sofas and armchairs, a separate dining room and a typical corner with fireplace. The kitchen has a pantry, sink, and two bedrooms that are used usually for staff. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and the other is single, they share a full bathroom. The other bedrooms are distributed in the following way: in one area of the ground floor two bedrooms with twin beds that share a full bathroom and in another area a full bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower.

In the surroundings of the house is the small cove of Sa Farola, perfect to take a dip in early in the morning, and symbolic places like the prehistoric village of Son Catlar, Pedreres de S’Hostal-Lithica with a whole repertoire of summer concerts, and the crystal waters of Macarella and Macaralleta coves, Algairens, La Vall, and many beaches which border the west coast of Minorca.
