It was built in 1896 and has recently been restored, respecting its historical aesthetics at all times, considered Menorcan heritage, thus preserving all the charm of the past combined with maximum comfort. The Villa was designed by the famous architect Femenias.

Its meticulous decoration transports us back in time to the beauty of the great Danish masters of modern design. Each room has a story to tell and wonderful memories of heritage, some brought from faraway places: a Manila shawl from the last century with which the owner's grandmother and great-grandmother won numerous prizes, bed headboards from the last century, classic Danish furniture, Asian and Indian antiques, etc. In short, a paradise full of beauty, tranquillity, romance and history.

The villa has a suite with a terrace, bathroom with shower and bathtub, with sea views, two double bedrooms with bathrooms, one with sea views and the other with countryside views. Another double bedroom shares a bathroom with the children's bedroom, which has two beds and also shares a bathroom with the previous bedroom. There is another bedroom with two beds, a bathroom (with the possibility of adding an extra bed) and a service bedroom with a bathroom. Only the master bedroom has air conditioning.

Outside, the spectacular infinity pool with sea views is particularly noteworthy.
