This finca is located in an idyllic rural setting surrounded by an extraordinary landscape in the north of the island. Due to its privileged hilltop location you can enjoy the breezes from the north but also from the south. During the day, being in a protected rural area, it is a unique experience for nature lovers to be able to see the flight of birds and birds of prey that frequent these skies and on summer nights you can enjoy the starry skies and see the Milky Way as rarely can be seen, since two years ago it has been declared a Stralight Zone by UNESCO.
It is a very familiar Villa, designed for all ages, with unique corners for children's play, its in-ground swimming pool to get on your feet and with various details designed to offer quality and wellbeing to families.
The finca has a main house and a smaller annex house, a structure inherited from the rural architectural traditions of the island.
The main entrance to both houses is on the south façade with a shared barbecue and wood oven with a large farmhouse table.
The entrance hall of the main house divides the house into two floors:
On the ground floor we find the kitchen, two large en-suite bedrooms (one of them master bedroom), a service bathroom and a large living room with dining room with windows open to the north. The north terrace is exceptional, with views of the countryside and the sea, and in summer it becomes the centre of the house for meetings and conviviality.
From the entrance hall, up the staircase, on the first floor there are three double bedrooms en suite, two of which are master bedrooms: the first master bedroom with bathroom, study, dressing room, sauna and a large open terrace to the north with jacuzzi. The second master bedroom is equally spacious, with a large work desk, dressing room and television. The third bedroom is a room with two single beds (1.20 and 90), it is the smallest room but also has its own bathroom, it is very pleasant and as it faces east the first ray of morning sun enters through one of its windows.
All bedrooms and the living/dining room are air-conditioned and have excellent views.
The adjoining house, of about 140 square metres, has a living-dining room, small kitchen, three double bedrooms, one of which is en suite, and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has two single beds. The house does not have air conditioning but has ceiling fans. There is also a laundry area.
A basic cleaning service of 3 hours/day is included in the rent of this house, additionally services such as cook, extra cleaning, shopping, private transfer, babysitting etc. can be hired.
Very close to the estate is the pretty village of Es Mercadal, with its traditional atmosphere and picturesque streets, nestled at the foot of Monte Toro and a reference point for any destination or meeting point. Heading north and not far away, you can reach the fishing village of Fornells, a peculiar and Mediterranean village, where you can taste the typical and well known lobster stew or a good seafood fresh from the sea. Beaches such as Binimella, Pregonda, Cavallería are only a few minutes away from the villa and Son Parc with its golf course is also relatively close.
