Síndic Hotel owes its name to the position held by the ancestors of the current owners of the hotel, who were the Apostolic Trustees of the Convent of San Francisco de Mahón from 1650 to 1826.
Síndic Hotel is a charming hotel located in San Roque street, in the centre of Mahón, in the exclusive surroundings of the San Roque gateway, which is the only visible remains of the wall ordered to be built by Pedro IV in 1359, and bordering the old medieval wall, which can be seen from the hotel's restaurant-cafeteria.
The hotel has 8 unique rooms. On the first floor there are two rooms; one of them is adapted for disabled people, on the second floor there are the other 6 rooms, each of them with its own style. All rooms have double showers, universal chargers, safe and kettle.
