This country house is the typical Minorcan house full of charm. The house has 420 m2 on a plot of 100 hectares and it can accommodate up to 17 guests. It has 9 bedrooms carefully decorated with a country chic style which offer the ideal setting to relax and unwind. Three of the rooms are en-suite.
There are 2 kitchens. The main one was designed for family or friends reunions so that a great space is occupied by an old wooden dining table for 8 people. The kitchen also communicates with the living room equipped with a couch, T.V., DVD and a music system. The other kitchen is smaller and it communicates with two of the rooms creating a small apartment with lots of privacy.
The country house also has a breathtaking porch with a dining table, chairs and a small swimming pool with solarium.
This luxury villa to rent in Menorca is only ten minutes from the beach and the town Cala En Porter. The town is settled on a cliff and it has lots of bars, restaurants, and stores. For nightlife lovers there is a famous pub called Cova d’en Xoroi, prehistoric habitation built inside a natural cove, the only one of its kind in Europe.

Pagos:
- Primer pago del 35% como depósito al realizar la reserva.
- Segundo pago del 65% que se realizará mediante transferencia bancaria 8 semanas antes de la llegada.
Cancelaciones:
- Hasta 8 semanas (40 días naturales) antes de la fecha de llegada: esta cancelación traerá el 10% para cubrir los costos administrativos sobre el depósito de reserva pagado.
- Si no se recibe el importe total en la fecha acordada, la reserva se cancelará automáticamente y no se reembolsará el depósito.
- Para cancelaciones hechas después del período de 8 semanas, todas las cantidades pagadas por el cliente se perderán hasta ahora.
