Mediterranean style luxury villa with spectacular sea views and direct access to the beach in Ciutadella
Completely renovated by a prestigious Menorcan architect in 2017, this luxurious villa has unbeatable views of the sea and direct access to the beach.
The villa is decorated in a Mediterranean style and consists of two floors. In the first, in addition to the large living-dining room with integrated kitchen, there are 4 bedrooms, all of them with their own bathroom. In the upper part is the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom and a colonial-style terrace with impressive panoramic views of the sea.
The four bedrooms on the ground floor all have an en-suite bathroom. They all have the option of becoming two single beds or one king-size bed (210 cm x 190). All of the guest bedrooms have doors to the outside and two of the bedrooms offer a hidden upper loft sleeping area for children.
The master suite is upstairs with a King bed (180cmx200L), en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with a hot tub on the deck and relaxing area.
The Casita by the water has a sofa that can be converted into a queen bed and an outside bathroom. It includes a small kitchen and fireplace.
There is air conditioning in all the rooms of the house, these can be controlled individually. However, there is no air conditioning in the casita because it stays cooler being so close to the water.
There are 8 city bikes. 2 ride bikes for children's tandems. 2 toddler bike seats. 3 pneumatic scooters. 2 stand up paddle boards. 2 kayaks
The unbeatable location of this house allows you to forget about your car for a few days, as it is located just 10 minutes from the old town of Ciutadella, which can be reached on foot or by using the bicycles that are available for guests staying at the house. town.
